A one day course that equips Team Leaders and Managers with the skills and tools to improve their leadership and drive performance across their operations using continuous improvement and Lean techniques.

Process Improvement: Plan, Do, Check, Act
Performance Measures and KPI's
This course can be delivered individually or to teams of up to 12 members.
